Our Mission

We aim to provide woman a safe and friendly environment to train in.

We know that large gym's can be intimidating to train in especially if you are a beginner.

At Miss-FIT we aim to provide you with a gym that you feel confident to come into knowing you are going to be looked after by our Trainer's as well as training in a friendly and fun environment with other members.

We specialise in Weight Training for Women as we know this is were Women can lack the most confidence when training in a gym. 

We also provide High Intensity Sessions to improve fitness.

Chloe Wrigley

I had tried many gym before, also home workout's but never really stuck to anything.
